 In order to provide a planned and  efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following information:All the below documents must  be signed by an authorized officer of the client and preferably endorsed by the  Embassy or Consular of Nepal.▪ Category and required number of personnel.
 ▪ Comprehensive job descriptions.
 ▪ Minimum qualification and experience  requirements.
 ▪ Complete terms and conditions of employment  in line with Department of  Labor and Employment Promotion i.e  Salary and other facilities( Food,Accomodation and other ) if any, duration of  contract and duty hours per day per week,
 ▪ Expected date of mobilization of  selected candidates.
 
 All the recruitment activities in Nepal for  overseas employment are governed which the rules and regulations of Ministry of Labor  and Transport Management is a government institution established under a  special Act to oversee and regulate recruitment of Nepalese for overseas  employment.
 Prior approval  from Department of Labor and Employment Promotion is mandatory to carry out any  overseas recruitment in Nepal,  for which following documents are required.Speciment can be provided at request.
 
  There must be  a Demand letter addressed to Shubha Harati Manpower  P.Ltd. on the employers letterhead indicating number of vacancies,  post/categories required, salary structure and benefits such as accommodation,  food/allowance, medical, assistance and so on. All of these details must be  clear and true.

  The employer  must issue a Power of Attorney on the employer’s letterhead authorizing us to  be your recruitment agency duly attested by the chamber of commerce of the  respective country.

  There must be  an employment contract to be signed duly between the employer and the employee.
