Sample Service Agreement

The first party is the employer. The second party is Shubha Harati Manpower Pvt. Ltd.

The employer

• Provides the demand letter, power of attorney, service agreement and employment contract.
• Guarantees the salary, accommodation and other conditions stated in the demand letter.

Shubha Harati

• Mobilises the number of workers required.
• Explains the real terms, job, salary and accommodation at the interview or before departure.
• Provides the specified workers on time.
• Arranges the tests the employer orders for unskilled, skilled and professional workers.

Both parties cooperate to meet the demand. The agreement is valid for one year from the date written on it. Two identical originals are signed, one for each party.

Second party: Shubha Harati Manpower Pvt. Ltd., G.S. Pradhan, with the company seal.
