Recruitment Procedure

The right person for the right job starts with a clear reading of what the client needs.

Shubha Harati keeps a pool of qualified applicants, so a shortlist can be drawn quickly when an employer asks.

  1. Screening

CVs are shortlisted against the client’s specification. Appearance, aptitude and attitude are reviewed, and a complete set can be sent for the client to evaluate. Candidates also come through widely circulated newspapers and the agent network.

  2. Interview

A preliminary interview checks education, professional qualification and past experience. CVs of the candidates who fit, with the recruiting manager’s remarks, go to the client for approval.

  3. Documentation

After approval and receipt of the authenticated documents, selected candidates go to an accredited clinic. Tests include blood, chest X-ray, urine and stool, or any extra examination the client requests. The client is told to process the visa. Passport endorsement is arranged when the visa requires it.

  4. Pre-departure

Successful candidates are briefed on the client’s company, the employment package, rules, the country’s culture and customs, and the laws that apply to them.

  5. Mobilisation

Air tickets are arranged and candidates are mobilised as early as possible, with prior notice to the client. Coordination continues after they have travelled.

  6. Deployment

Flight schedules are sent to the employer three days in advance. Employers should tell us immediately if anything changes.
