Quality manpower — professional, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled — is sent from Nepal on time, with clear feedback to the client.
Probation
Clients may place selected people on a three-month probation so there is time to evaluate them on site. If Shubha Harati selected a candidate who is not qualified or is medically unfit, Shubha Harati takes responsibility for repatriation. That does not apply when the client selected the candidate personally.
