I, the undersigned, in my capacity as the authorised officer of the employer, appoint Shubha Harati Manpower Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal, P.O. Box 9341, as our attorney and agent in Nepal for the recruitment of Nepalese workers.

The agent may register the demand with the Department of Labour, obtain permission and clearance, pay the required fees, sign the documents needed for recruitment and passage, and arrange passports, trade tests, health examination, the employment contract and travel documents.
